Open Oscillator was facilitated nicely here. I've been attending since it was held at the whistlestop in South Park. Casbah is a legendary San Diego live music venue and bar with pool tables, an outdoor smoking patio, excellent dancefloor area and large stage. Ample sound within with great accoustics that facilitate intimate soft vocalist shows, or blaring loud post modern punk-metal experiments in music. Specialty recurring events like BattleBot and Open Oscillator always keep me coming back regularly for the last 20 years. Thanks Casbah!

Solid venue. Great sound and the bartenders rock. I love the outdoor area.

Great venue! Take ear plugs when you watch the bands though, as it is extremely loud and you will damage your hearing. Hearing. Two great bars, pool tables, merch and great prices for drinks! Photos: "...and you will know us by the trail of dead"

Legendary San Diego venue! I've seen countless incredible shows here! The bands typically start later than most venues, so be prepared for a late night!

Borderline. It's there with real limitations especially once there is a crowd. Difficult to say the least
I am not sure but if they sold out you need to call them to be sure if they have extra tickets
They don't have any parking structure if you want there is some parking lot around the nightclub
I would suggest asking ahead of time usually for a camera like that venues charge a fee or consent from the band
its a bar. theres never all ages shows here.
Or you can buy most tix online. www.casbahmusic.com and pick your show there.
Just last night? Or sounds better other nights?
Yes but there's not a lot of places to sit.
The Atari lounge is a room separate from the rest of the bar and stage area with its own bar, pool tables, video games and some seating. Nice if you want to give your ears a break from the very loud stage area. Seriously, don't see a show there without earplugs, your ears will thank you and you will be able to hear the show better anyhow.
The opening bads usually stop 10 or 1030 pm id get there at 945
Depends on the show. If it's a big show probably not (sold out) If it's a smaller local show, might be able to..
