My eye appointment was Jan 28 2021. Went to Lenses only as I’ve had positive experience with them 2 years before. Asked for the SAME REVO frames and new prescription lenses to be sold to me. Paid in ADVANCE. March 9th still no eyeglasses. Filed a dispute with my credit card company for goods and services never received. This place is not like it used to be. Willing to work with you Steven but for $522.00 in advance I have no eyeglasses and poor communication from your staff I came to you specifically and you photocopied my prescription yourself. Still I have no finished product from your store

This is THE best place to buy contemporary frames with lenses in the area. I have 3 frames that I absolutely love that are original and beautiful. I get complemented often. If you want choice and not ordinary ( which I think they have anyway ) this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed with the customer service. I hope you give it a chance.
