Yes! We sometimes bring our dog to sit under our table.

The day I visited there were quite a few dogs. All were well behaved. There was plenty of picnic tables and they were spread out comfortably, allowing plenty of room for people, strollers and pets.
I didn't see any but that doesn't mean that you can't. I would call and ask
