Was this a prison before it was licensed as a restuarant? The quality and quantity indicate this. Horrible experience. Hold onto your wallet.

The Lobster Shack at Two Lights - All questions

Address: 225 Two Lights Rd, Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107, USA

Laura Dunne | Jul 18, 2022

What's a rude question. Obviously not a prison. Gorgeous views, consistent good food. You pay mostly for the view... If you are coming for fine dining or bargain prices... Go to a fine dining place for that.. Or McDonald's for a cheap lobster roll... Try to get the crow bar out for your wallet and pay to go to two lights park for similar views

Lobster is priced to market, I expected to pay too dollar for such a great quality of food and view

I don't believe a word of this phony question.

I was there with an extended family of 7, and everyone enjoyed it. Prices are a bit high, but not criminally. Mostly Maine plates in the parking lot, so it wasn't all tourists, either.

I don't know prison prices, but based on the location, freshness and local feel I knew I would pay a premium. Definitely think it was worth it, but wouldn't grocery shop there.

Fun Maine fact. Back in the day before lobster was a thing. The prisons fed lobster to the inmates because there were so many and at the time cheap! 🤣🤣🤣
