What is the ordinance that states you can be fined if you dont pick up your dogs poop? I have a person who states that because where his dog poops is the right of way in MY yard, its okay to leave it..He says he doesnt have to pick it up..

No idea. We have the same issue. I just gave up and pick up the poop. You may want to call animal services directly.

These questions are not being asked to the Animal shelter. If i had a question, I would call them or google the question
