Yes ma'am it would be $22 for the exam and $20 for the microchip which includes a lifetime registration.
Not sure, but typically a vet won't put a cat under just for the microchip. They usually do it when a surgery is being done like when they are spayed. Definitely call and find out before making the appointment.
If you go to one of their shot clinics (2nd Saturday in month in Lakeland), there is no exam fee. You can just do microchip that day (no shots necessary).
