Went in for our dogs yearly check up and heartworm test. This was our first time back after the unfortunate loss of Dr. Jackson. However, I am still very satisfied with Animal Medical Clinic! The new Dr. seems to be very good and informative! And as always, the rest of the staff is still the best! Thanks to all of you for always being there for CJ!

My grandmother and mother have been using their services for as long as I can remember. As an adult I bring all of my animals to Bo and his amazing staff they feel very much like apart of the family and they’ve always been there when we needed them

I am writing this with tears in my eyes and I cannot describe the pain I feel. My dog, LOLA, a beautiful retriever mixed we have had for the past 7 years or so. She was in good health and we never had any problem with her. She developed a lump in her breast. At first we were concerned and we realized that it was growing very slowly. Take her to the vet and they did not seem much concerned about it . We saw 3 vets and finally choose this clinic. We never got to meet or talk to the doctor at this facility not even by phone. Messages were relayed to us in the Parking lot via aids. Our first visit was April 5 when the doctor via his aids told us he will spay the dog. And the lump will disappear on its own. That was not our plan but he is the professional and I am not. I insisted that we were there to get the lump removed and have them add it in the admission papers. Surgery day was Tuesday the 13. We were told that LOLA would stay in observation until the end of the day but by 2 pm we were called to come pick her up. As I asked how the surgery went, the caller informed me what a “” difficult surgery “” it was, that the dog was swollen because she was in heat. I did not know the dog was in heat, they knew and they did the DIFFICULT surgery anyway. She came with a huge wrap around her waist that seemed to cut the dog in two, it was so tight that I even brought that to the attention of the person who brought her out. We took her home, followed the direction. She was quiet and we thought that was normal. Her stomach was sucked in. She ate very little. Once in a while she would spit up her food. Doc never called as promised to see how the dog was doing. Saturday night into Sunday she was vomiting everything she ate. She started to shake and at-times was unresponsive. 2 am Sunday we took her to the emergency room. There they found that she was ok and blood tests was done and no major issue except that she was anemic. First thing Monday Morning we took LOLA back to the Animal medical clinic . Again never got to talk to the doctor but via aids, she was brought back to us only after a very short time , less than 5 minutes, along with a medication for MOTION SICKNESS and we were told that she also received a shot of steroid and that she has anxiety. LOLA came home and she was visibly not well. She slept all day. Barely got up. we made her rice and chicken as instructed but she would not eat. We kept waking up at night to check on her and encouraging even tried to feed her with a syringe. This morning nine days later, we woke up and Our LOLA IS DEAD ON THE ACCOUNT OF A SPAY !!! I wanted to talk to them and went to the clinic, it’s. CLOSED although sign at the door indicated they are open, it’s 9 in the morning. No one Is answering the phone. I hope my experience saves your pet.

I brought my dog here two weeks ago for the first time after he was attacked by another dog as well as myself the staff was so gentle and friendly with my dog Boots. Came back today so boots could get his sutures removed and he received so much love and attention from all of the staff. They were also concerned about me as well and my healing process. They are a group of amazing people who care about our four Legged friends as well as us as humans.
