They were very nice and professional. My little boy was being neutered. They called to advise my puppy was fine and going into surgery. They called after surgery/recovery to advise everything went well and he was doing great.

Alright for wellness and vaccines. Saw 3 different doctors on three different visits before diagnosis was made for bowel problems were resolved. I think of this as a training facility for some staff to gain knowledge and proficiency. Not the least expensive veterinarian.

Drove 30 minutes to this location to get my cat spayed for a 7:15am appointment. Waited in my car for over an hour just for them to tell me they never saw my car and that I needed to reschedule since surgeries for the day already started. I even verified where I was supposed to park and I was indeed in the right parking lot, I literally saw one of the doctors go to the other cars to get a pet. The text and email sent to me said to “Remain in your car and we will come to you”, which I did for over an hour!! Never coming back here again and hoping they refund me the $50 I paid to make the appointment.

I've used them for years. Working with the Neighborhood Cat Program Trappers, I've tried to help be a part of the greater Good. Here's a few who are doing well. Without their services, these, and many like them wouldn't have been adopted and have homes now
