I would give zero stars if I could! I have never been treated so callously in my life. I took my female bunny there to be spayed. My husband dropped her off in the morning and was told we could pick her up in the afternoon and that someone would call us to tell us how she was doing. At 12:30 pm, I hadn't received a call about her, yet, and was worried, so I called to check on her. The receptionist told me they were just about to start the surgeries because they ran late on their morning appointments. I asked for a call when her surgery was done to let me know she was ok (rabbits sometimes don't make it through surgery). She assured me someone would call. No one called. At 4:30 pm, I called back and got a different receptionist who was rude from the beginning and started talking to me about a pair of rabbits that were ready to go home. She didn't even have the right client! The more questions I asked, the ruder she got. I finally had enough and told her to get my rabbit ready and that we were coming to get her. When we got there, they wanted to charge me 3 times as much as they quoted my husband for the surgery and refused to release my rabbit to me until I paid!!!!! I was livid. I ended up calling the Sheriff's Dept. to file a report, but get this, they wouldn't do anything. It's a civil matter, they said. I ended up having to pay just so we could get out of there. DO NOT USE THIS VET!!!!!

I only left one star off because I was never brought to meet the actual Vet, I'm sure she was just very busy but my little bunnies life was in her hands and I thought she'd come and speak to me personally about how he did through neuter surgery as it can be quite dangerous for bunnies in general to travel and even be at the Vet, but he came through wonderfully do I'm very Greatful to the whole team!
