I don’t care how goof they are, part of being good is being efficient and organized and they are just not that. They have gotten worse since I first started going there. No one I don’t care what is going on in an office, no one should have to wait 20min on hold when calling a provider. No excuses for that!
Hello Universe! Sending POSITIVE VIBES & a Shout out to ALL the staff @ Day & Evening Pet Hosp in Palm Harbor, FL. Most caring group. Sometimes u have a wait. The Best comes to those who wait. BTW...I've been bringing my furkids to D&E for over 15 yrs. Not because of convenience but because I trust them. My kids mean the World to me.
Supposed to say.. every other vet inTampa area is a wasteland.. there's a reason this place is perpetually packed... they are the standard..
They are very busy so you have to keep trying to get through just have to bear with it and very are good people that work there
They are worth the wait, and they do prioritize emergencies. This place is the absolute best in many counties. I drive over an hour. Their clinical skills are excellent and prices reasonable and in my mind that's what it takes!
I have never had a problem getting through to them but, there might of been an emergency of some sort.
