Does winco give cash back for ebt cash assistance?

If you have cash on your EBT card then yes they will give you cash back up to $200 though but if you only have food stamps then no they will not give you any cash for your food stamps

I pull off all my benefits at once for tanf which is over $400 only place i do it they don't charge
