A very disappointing pizza experience. First problem is that the prices shown on the Happy Hollow Facebook page are incorrect. The $14 Build Your Own Pizza is actually $20. And when you pay $20 for a less than 13", hand crafted pizza, you expect it to better than average. Unfortunately, it wasn't. A properly cooked "pizza oven" pizza should not have a soggy, droopy crust. The flavors were okay, but nothing to justify the premium price. I've had much better pizza for a much better price.

Fantastic pizza. The atmosphere is good and the staff very nice and accommodating. We Ave two young boys and have never had a bad experience. The greens in the salads are fresh and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. I recommend the Hollow pizza and for spice I build my own simply with Cherry peppers and roasted garlic.

*updated from 1 star* After reaching out they apologized for the burnt pizza. I gave them another chance and picked up another margherita pizza on my way from work. It tasted exactly how it should, slight smoky flavor and could taste the rest of the ingredients with no problem. Thank you for listening and showing genuine concern, it shows you're passionate about your business. ------------------------------------------------------- *Previous review* I have had their pizza before once, ~3 months ago and it was pretty good. Couple of days ago I decided to eat out again since I've been eating at home to save money, I was excited to get their margherita pizza. But when I bit into I noticed it tasted completely burnt, the top part was fine but the bottom was completely charred. I called to ask if this was a mistake and they could do something but was put on hold for 10 minutes. Decided I was too hungry and wasn't going to drive back to get another anyway. I ate a couple of slices because I was starving and had to throw the rest out because it tasted like charcoal and nothing else. 🙁 Not best bang for my buck and I'd like to continue supporting local businesses, but this type of stuff makes it hard.
