The woman working in their store on 10-12-21 at 2 pm was so rude to me about helping me with a challenging transaction I will NEVER go back to this location.... Never had a problem here before and I spend a lot of money shipping. Will take my business where they care...

I showed up before normal close a few days ago to find them closed early with a note on the door. The note directed delivery drivers to go two doors down to another business to leave packages. Not ok. When there Friday, I asked the reasoning for the closure to and mentioned the unauthorized deliveries to a salon to which I was immediately asked if I would like to close my box. Whoa, power trip? No, I did not but I mentioned as a business owner myself, you cover the shifts, not close down so you can fulfill your posted hours. Not wanting to continue going back and forth with irrelevant excuses, I asked for the package waiting for me. The woman mentioned being months behind on fees as she turned around, yet my husband and myself were told by the male owner and other employees, it was one month and no big deal. We have had postal boxes there since they first opened this location and good relationships with everyone there. Except this woman who I had never seen before yet she used my name like we were friends. When I said the gentleman told me it was “no rush” she laughed. I took my box, said thank you and as I left she was already on the phone. My husband returned shortly later in attempts to pay the small portion owed so as to clear that issue up but she had already closed our box, told him I screamed at her the moment I walked in the door (not even remotely true, my two kids were watching) and that she was the owner and didn’t want our money. This is not how anyone, especially a business owner, handles a long time customer asking questions about your hour changes. Just FYI - having mail delivered to another business is against Postal Annex policies. I’ll be letting them know on Monday.

Private mailbox rental is perhaps the best thing I have ever spent money on. Top notch service Somehow another review called them for poor service but doing the math I see that a Friday order would be picked up Saturday by local carrier and be processed by Clackamas PO on Monday. Sounds like everything is proper except client expectations.

Yes! PostalAnnex can help you get your passport, including taking the photos and providing other information including forms for renewal or first-time.
We're located in your neighborhood, and we have all the equipment you'd need but don't need to buy: copy machines (for color and black-and-white), a fax machine (including a separate phone line ensuring voice calls don't interfere), mailing and shipping supplies, office supplies, even key-making at many locations. PostalAnnex staff members are professionally trained to use the correct materials and expertise for each and every job. We treat your goods like they were our own. Plus, we guarantee our work.
Yes. As part of the Annex Brands franchise system, we can ship anything from a piece of paper to an ocean container, all expertly packed by professionals with decades of experience.
There are many reasons, but two are convenience and security. Many PostalAnnex locations offer 24-hour access, and with your permission, your PostalAnnex will accept packages and overnight letters from UPS, FedEX and the USPS, storing them safely until it's convenient for you to pick them up. Also, a private mailbox is a great way to keep your business customers and communications away from your home, providing safety for your family as well.
