Great service! He couldn't scrub all of the tree sap off my roof, so he gave me some tips on how to easily clean it at home. It was baked into my room from the heat wave. Followed his advice and it came right off. 10/10 for going the extra mile by letting me know some of it wouldn't get totally cleaned, and giving me advice on what to do. The car wash cleaned the heck out of everything else though. I got the Supreme Package.

Pinky's Car Wash located at 11965 SE 82nd Ave, Happy Valley, OR 97086, gets a ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟 star rating every time I go. We have been regular customers of Pinky's Car Wash, since I can't remember! I think I took my very first car thru this car wash, back in 1988. They have all the conveniences necessary to detail your car, including a Super Deluxe wash, vacuum area, and they have a Jiffy Lube right next door, if you need just a bit more than a cleanse and purge! Thanks for all the years of great service!!!

Extremely UNprofessional!! I went to this car wash, byt 10 min. later when I got home, I found that my car was still filthy, so I immediately went back and asked to go through again. I provided my receipt showing that I had just been there 19 min ago, but the man yelled at me and argued for over 10 minutes while the line backed up. Not only was he very unprofessional, but there was a huge language barrier. He kept thinking that I was saying his actual car wash made my car dirty and refused to let me go through again. You need to hire people who are more professional and who are able to communicate in English without difficulty or it makes a very unpleasant experience for your customers. I've been here over a hundred times, but now will NEVER return again!
