Have lived in the park for nearly two decades park is looking much better since it was recently purchased. The new management has been busy making improvements. This is the second second owner.

The service was good and food was well made. It took a while b/c it was busy. b/c of covid-19 they had good spacing of costumer's.

It's a very nice place to live and visit they keep it very clean and the people are nice plus it's easy to find

We have lived in Holly Tree Park for a little over 3 years and have enjoyed our time here. We need to move to a larger home, otherwise we would not be leaving. The neighbors we have are quiet and nice. The park manager, Jon, is friendly and helpful. There are always a few bad apples in every park (or any living situation), but overall, this has been a really great place to live.
