YES, but it is a TERRIBLE one. It is VERY slow, so every number you type gets tripled or quintupled or something worse.It allows ONE transaction per parcel, meaning you have to keep putting your card in and out (it makes you pay individually for each parcel/transaction. Not EVEN kidding-- it makes no sense at all). It also does this irritating thing where it insists you enter the parcel address, then it never recognizes it, so you have to enter the address again (a total of 3 times). Even the people behind the counter know how horrible it is, since customers tell them constantly. Also. the machine charges quite a bit more than the same package costs to mail at the counter. I'd go ANYWHERE else, unless you actually enjoy frustration. I only use it when absolutely forced-- I'd rather drive miles to get to one that is not so decidedly Sub-par. I'm not easily frustrated, nor especially crabby or impatient. I just don't want you to waste your time.
