What specific actions have you taken to address the alarmingly massive amounts of negative experiences people have had in your facilities? What was the success rate? What are the next actions you are planning to improve patient satisfaction?
Why does this place suck so bad and why are they so secretive and why do they not tell the family anything when they have loving family outside the hospital.
