Ben Some months they have specials. For examole, veterans have received scholarship money on our behalf. With the generoys wags voucher, my dogs neuter cost $10.00 plus collar. Buy an ecollar somewhere else. Get one thats better. Their ecolars are the huge cone type. Lol Recently they offered ten dollar spay neuter for chihuahua breeds.
