We have taken our pets to West Eugene Animal Hospital for about 20+ years. They have a wonderful staff and are very compassionate with all our animals especially when we have had very sick pets. We would recommend them and do to everyone

The office staff and vet techs should get a 5 star review. However, Dr Seyler is horrible. The way he treated my daughter was not right. If you are not comfortable working with dogs, then you should rethink your career. If you can not recognize a dog that is not only nervous to be at the vet but protective of his person, you should stick with cats. Putting a muzzle on for your protection is one thing but to claim the dog tried to bite you is another. Do you have a dog Craig? Why do you have a dog? Why did you feel the need to ask my daughter why she had this dog? People get dogs for various reasons which as a vet you should understand. This dog is only 9 months old and has separation anxiety which she/her boyfriend were wanting to get help for. Instead, she was in tears when she told me about her experience and felt attacked for bringing her boyfriends dog in.

I went with Buda before COVID lock down. They were amazing. They helped Buda calm his nerves. The exam was difficult for everyone. But kind and gentle. I felt very blessed to have a confident capable staff handling my husky mix.

I was so happy after my pup, Polly, and I left WEAH. The assistant who took care of Polly, and took her back to the room was beyond friendly and professional. I felt safe and comfortable handing Polly over to her. I wish I knew her name, because how far above and beyond she went every second that I was there. She double and triple checked that Polly and I had everything we needed before we left, and she even told me that she gave Polly extra snuggles while they were in the back! Polly is not super comfortable with new people but she took to the assistant right away! Through some miscommunication on my part, she had to take Polly back a few times and she was tremendously gracious about it each time. I was incredibly impressed with the care we received. We will definitely be coming back to this clinic. I was also very happy that each employee I saw had a mask on, and was wearing it properly!
