Although they act super friendly and sympathetic on the phone, the people working here will think that if any complications occur post surgery that it is YOUR FAULT. They will CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING even if it's a re-check to just see what's going on that is concerning you. Even after you've PAID FOR 3 SURGERIES IN 4 WEEKS because they couldn't find the grass seed on the first try and your dog's body rejected the second set of sutures. Don't expect these people to get the job done quickly, painlessly, efficiently, etc. Nah. Don't expect them to think you are intelligent enough to know your pet. This was the most traumatic veterinary experience of both mine and my dog's lives. Oh and Tanya at the front desk, either you have a terrible memory or you're a liar. So sweet on the phone, but don't believe their false sympathy.

When my wife and I brought our cat in to VCA we thought we had found a Vet office for life. We were wrong. The first visit went well and our cat seemed better. She had a problem and the Dr took care of it. A few months later she had the same problem so we brought her in again. We didn’t have as good of an outcome. Our Vet was off so it was with a different Vet. We went home and hoped she would get better. Our cat started on a downhill slide. We called and the original Vet was in so we thought we would bring her in again. We were really hoping for a turnaround since we thought we were losing our sweet kitty. It just didn’t happen. The bad part is the Vet didn’t seem to care. Almost throwing hands up in the air saying that’s all I have. That is why the 1star rating. NOT just because our cat didn’t get well there. A few weeks ago our good friend and neighbor recommended a different Vet. We took her in and within a week we have our kitty back. And we are happy again. Three weeks later and we can say we haven’t seen her this well in over a year. All this from a simple fle allergy.

Sunday Visit Rescued My Worry. My dog, Pretzel, came down with an attack of acute pancreatitis - the day after I became well from the flu... it was a living nightmare of worry. In tears, I showed up on the doorway of this care facility and received a caring, listening, and team of professionals that helped me with the healing of my dog. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, my pet and I had experienced a clean, calm, and timely appointment. The vet who treated my pet calmly explained details, performed a thorough exam, and gave me the confidence that we had a treatment plan in place. They offer an affordable bundle treatment if one wants a scaffolding service plan that includes a day of hospitalization for a pet. I have zero complaints and only great things to say about this organization. I will be seeking them out to become the regular care facility for my pets. I like them, will recommend them, and hope that I will only need to see them for updated medical checks - but when I do, I know we are in good hands.
