I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, but especially if you have a nervous dog. Our dog was a new patient, and needed a round of vaccinations. It took us three tries to get into an exam room, and each time entire staff was patient, understanding and encouraging (also we were only charged for the one visit. Dr. Tesh did an amazing job with our anxious puppy, and went out of his way to make sure he got his shots without being scared. PS: The screensavers in the exam room weirded us out

Absolutely love this clinic! The staff are super friendly, efficient, and amazing at communicating and following-up! Exceptional service for sure. Dr. Nikki has taken care pretty much all of my fur babies. I love that she goes over her exam findings, thought process, and plan. She makes sure I have all my questions addressed. I know that my babies well taken care of when I bring them here.

Knowledgable, Kind, and Professional. We arrived in Eugene after survive a wildfire in CA. We were a bit world weary. I really do not like moving away from a trusted vet and was worried about finding s apace we could trust. Well, we lucked out and I can not say enough in praise of the doctors and staff at Animal Health Associates. Our dog babies saw Dr. Johnson and Dr. Schroeder. Especially our old sweetheart Rio. Both doctors were compassionate and knowledgable. I never felt rushed or over looked. I never felt that Rio's best interests were not at heart. I appreciate the care she received tremendously. We definitely felt our luck was with us when we found such terrific veterinary care for our dog babies. Thanks to all at Animal Health Associates!
