It is based on your income. Otherwise it's the same price to get done at a Veterinarian. You have to sit and wait before you bring in your cat or dog through a lecture on instructions etc. Your pet stays in your vehicle, then after going from person to person bringing up their forms, when you get up there, then you can get your pet and bring to building next door. Long process if you don't have that kind of free time.
