I have a difficult cat I tried boarding at another facility a few years ago. It didn't go well and I had to call a friend to come pick her up as I was out of state. How are you at dealing w/ difficult cats or do you even accept them?

Dr. Smith is great and so is his staff. I have seen them handle some very difficult cats well. Definitely call them though.

They are certainly your best bet. Just be upfront about difficulties handling your cat

Suggest you call them,but since they treat feral cats I would think they could handle your fur baby
