The cat needs to be in a carrier but yes you bring your cat in to be seen.

I have a difficult cat I tried boarding at another facility a few years ago. It didn't go well and I had to call a friend to come pick her up as I was out of state. How are you at dealing w/ difficult cats or do you even accept them?
