Well, I looked in their website and there's no information about it. The things I can tell you from following the brand Moxi is: only Jack boot has half sizes (at least in the website is like that) and from people reviewing Moxi's Jack skates they say that the boot is firm but it molds to the feet! I think that if you send an email to them asking or call them you can have your doubts answered :)
Lollys don't come in half sizes but you can place a special order for whatever size you need. Takes a while though. Jack boot do come in half sizes. They always suggest to try them on and when in doubt he the larger size. You can always throw an insole in them to snug them up.
