Cute store, and maybe good for mailing a birthday card, but both times I've gone in to ship a package they've told me they can't perform the service and I've had to leave and go to the UPS Store and the Post Office. Just going to go straight to the Post Office from here on out.

Ah! I'm not sure why I didn't just come here first. After having a bad experience at another local mail store, I was so happy to find mail box set-up here to be straight-forward, easy, and super fast. It's a flat monthly fee for a box, no set-up or hidden charges, and the hours are very convenient. They have a nice selection of gifts and candy, too. Thank you for your help!

Waited in line behind 1 person for 10 minutes. Employees are slow. Been going to postal annex in Oceanside for years paying a certain price now I come here and get charged 6x the price as the other store. I ended up getting charged extra on my credit card for another package. I would suggest only come to this store to ship in an emergency. And if you plan to do anything somewhat complicated be prepared to pay extra. I’m just gonna buy a cheap printer and avoid all this next time. On a positive note it’s in a good location and the store looks good and clean. If you have disposable income and have more money then time it’s not that bad i guess. But if your running a business on a budget your going to be broke.
