Is open for people outside of california,??

The website says only California residents, but as a previous answer mentioned, they are not asking for any sort of proof.

Technically the state isn't allowing theme parks to open to out of state residents yet (as of today's date) but they are not checking IDs or anything to prove residency so they don't seem to be enforcing that rule
