They are not doing it right now BUT you need to take into consideration that the restrictions are getting lifted so it may be back sooner than you think. If you are going to go on let's say mid April, it would be prudent to keep checking the website for the add ons to your ticket to see if it becomes available. If you cannot dine with Shamu I would consider doing the seven seas festival. You buy a punch lanyard and get to dine on really cool dishes that you would never tried before. It's not the same as the Shamu show, but if you are looking for a good dining experience, it's really cool One last thing, if you can't dine with Shamu I would certainly do the dolphin feeding or the otter feeding or similar to at least make up for it.
