This store just keeps going downhill. They got rid of the shopping baskets. So now if you want just a few things you have to push a big honking cart around. That would be ok if there was a supply of working carts. I tried 5 and all had the wheel locked. Went inside and that is when I learned they have done away with the baskets. Told the help desk person I could not find a working cart. He was very pleasant and helped fine one. None in the corral were working so he scoured the parking lot and found a working cart. I live near by and so this grocery store is walking distance. But, honestly they just make it too hard to shop here.

I like that they carry sugar free cake and cookies but they don't always have them. When they do I grab them up because it's hard to find sugar free items that actually taste good.

Update I'm reducing my rating for this store because it's not clean it's dingy and I encountered some very rude service and it's basically a 50% chance your coupon is going to be scanned and you're going to get the discount and at many Vons they're very polite about fixing it quickly and this person was extremely rude and personal and the whole place is very wearing. However I'm going to keep it at 3 stars and not lower because I know a lot of people there work very hard and they're not particularly well compensated and maybe it will rise at some point because they deserve a 4 it's not that clean but Vons is a good service. I can say it's a good place to get a covid booster shot, I also got my flu shot and another Vons and the service was good although the first one there was someone at the pharmacy who was rude as well however I thought the efficiency and organization was excellent. Old review This is a very nice VONS. Medium-sized, very neat, very organized. Recommended. Just another reliable, vibrant, and useful UTC store.
