Has anyone else’s had issues with buying tickets we bought tickets and somehow the reservations date was moved the money was taken out of the bank account and have not been able to get into contact with anyone and have not been contacted by anyone

Make sure to ask about season passes and the levels they come in! Tickets are or were half price last week!

Yes had issues they took money never got a confirmation code had to go to guest services where they reprinted them for us.

If too many people have that date it doesn't allow anymore. I had to reserve mine twice
