No you cannot I went there last week with our daughter and my father wanted to come me and my daughter had reservations and bought our tickets online. But but when my dad and my daughter at SeaWorld and try to buy a ticket unfortunately because he did not make a reservation that day it was booked. It was a bummer but I do appreciate them SeaWorld to keep me up with the covid-19 restrictions to keep us all safe
Yes, you can buy tickets at the park. You'll also need a reservation which you can get there as well.
