You can go from a different state, you have to show proof of vaccination and a negative covis test within the pas 3 days
They state that it's only open to California residents at this time, however I just went this week and our IDs were not checked. It all depends on if you want to take the risk in them not checking your IDs or not. It was not crowded at all due to covid and a lot of rides and shops are closed at this time as well.
