The water gardens is a free public place. You walk around and look at the water. You can sit down and listen/look at the flowing water.
There are no tickets needed. The park is open to the public

You can get a day pass for about five to ten dollars that allows you to use the equipment all day the first time you come they will give you possibly a free pass depending on special the YMCA in really is a great place
