Carla helped me with a payroll issue coming from our payroll software filing with the correct TWC account. She went out of her way to call our software provider and get to the bottom of things. Fantastic support from her!

Very poor excuse for a company!! On hold for over an hour to be told the can't help. Online system doesn't work, transfer to specialist, another long wait to be told that can't reach any one try back tomorrow to do it all over again. Only a government agency can be this incompantent in their business and still survive. Pure garbage!!!

Horrible customer service. Nobody is qualified or competent to work here. I filed my claim almost three months ago and still have not been paid. This is absolutely ridiculous. 💯 If I could give this place a negative 5 star review I would. I have now updated from a 1 star to a 3 star review. The only reason why is because I finally recieved my back payment. It seems like they are finally figuring things out at a much faster pace... however I am sure their are thousands of people that are still struggling. I can only pray and hope we all get back to normal soon. God Bless

If you live in the greater DFW metroplex ,yes you can visit the TWC office in Forthworth City. Walk to the locked maindoor and use the phone to speak to an agent inside. Tell the person the reason for your visit. You'll be asked your SSN, phone number, day and the time of the day someone will call you. Go home and wait for the call. Waiting time can range from 30 mins to 2 hrs but sure 100% an agent will call and don't miss it. I did the same thing on Jun 19th and I got my unemployment $$ deposited into my bank a week after . I got everything ( backdated to March 19th.) Taylor's Davis. Yes you can go only if you had filed on line and didnt get anything or hear from them. First fill in your unemployment application online. It will take sometime. Try stay late at night or set wakeup alarm to 2am to fill your application. Be patient. Once that's done ,wait for responce. If you dont get anything, drive to the office.
For starters, it is against the law for a company to fire you for any medical issues that you may have regardless of being on the job or not. Secondly, if your carpal tunnel problems occurred because of your job, That is most certainly covered under the rules, guidelines and standards of the Texas Workers Compensation Act. I would strongly advise you to contact a labor attorney and have a free consultation with them about your concerns and what legal remedies are available to you!
The website has detailed instructions on how to post a job, or you can call in...
