Smaller sized theater for performing arts. Good sound setup. The upstairs balcony has a few trip hazards that have been carpeted over. I as well as many others I saw after being seated found them in the dimly lit venue. The dark carpet hides them well from your eyes, but not your feet. Use caution.

Always come here for the stock show. Might start catching some horse shows throughout the year. Plenty of parking around and definitely spacious.

Yes limited number of electricity only sites for $30 a day. Full hook up sites $60 per day
I think it depends on the event. Daily operations, I don't think so. But if it's a weekend event, I believe they will charge you. Everytime I have gone, I had to pay for parking ($10). Edit: They (their rep.) responded to my review for this place and stated that they have been charging for parking since 2010. If you find my review, you will see their feedback.
Parking is 5 a day, think only go rounds you have buy ticket for is finals.
Hi Devon! None of the standard barns are climate controlled but all have a forced air ventilation system and some have fans for additional air movement.
That is correct and then you can rent a car downtown, take a taxi, ride share or city bus.

Some individual events may have them available, so I would recommend asking the event direct if they will have any available prior to making arrangements on your own.
