I think it depends on the event. Daily operations, I don't think so. But if it's a weekend event, I believe they will charge you. Everytime I have gone, I had to pay for parking ($10). Edit: They (their rep.) responded to my review for this place and stated that they have been charging for parking since 2010. If you find my review, you will see their feedback.

Daily, non-event days, parking is in Variable Rate Mode..meaning, you enter either a surface lot or parking garage and pull a ticket from machine. When you exit, you pay for time used. 0-45 mins is free, 46 mins- 1hr= $3 etc. Anything over 4 hrs is $10. On ALL event days, every location : parking garage, underground parking, surface lots are $10 to park no matter what. They have Accessible parking for ADA in all locations, but is first come, first served. On event days, they fill up very quickly.

It depends on where about you park we have gone to the clubs at night and did not have to pay parking fee we have gone to events witin stocktards n had to pay $5 this made easy access
