I received paperwork from Texas workforce commission for unemployment. The problem is I did not apply for benefits. Not sure what’s happening. I tried calling and no answer. So basically I don’t need these benefits.

@ mtpinky007 is the number 800-252-3642 just for fraud complaints?? Cuz I have been calling every other day since 1-1-2021 cuz I was told 15 different times I called absolutely do not reapply and then I was told yesterday that was wrong I do all the others are me and my years end was here and I did have to reapply. Meanwhile the others as d don't reapply and continue to call and certify my payment requests as That's did. So now I'm literally in for 2 hours each time at least waiting for a "specialist" and a get hung up on after waiting on hold for 2 hours. Can I get a specialist on this number cuz it's a different number than I have?? I'm told I need the specialist to make a new claim for me and restart my benefits and backdatey benefits to 12-27-2020 cuz I was given wrong info so it was their fault. Please help me???😭😭 Im a widow with 3 kids and 3 grandkids and I'm drowning withouty benefits
