Very high rent, I have $50k + sports sedan, and they wouldn't let me unload at the valet. It's reserved for $100k plus evidently, which hey I understand, but for $330 a night it would've been nice to not have to walk 4 blocks with a tux and bag in 120 degree heat. Pool is nice, the gatekeepers are not. All in all is a super nice establishment, I won't be going back to, you'll probably love it

Excellent food. Excellent rooms. Super nice employees. Plan way ahead if you are using Valet to park your car. The check-in process can take 10-15 minutes due to the long line of cars and the lack of Valet's to keep the cars moving. Check-out experience in the morning can take an hour. The Valets are all very nice, professional folks, there just aren't enough of them. We left at 5:45 am and still waited 20 minutes to get our car.

I did not stay in a room, my family went for Mother's Day brunch and it was fabulous. The flowers and ice sculptures were beautiful! The food was fantastic, so many options to choose from, and there was even a section of items for children. My children enjoyed decorating their own cookie! The service was great, everyone was very nice and polite. This is our second year in a row for brunch on Mother's Day and can't wait for next year!

Beautiful hotel right across from the Conference Center. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the robes are so soft! Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping our room tidy while also being respectful with all of mine and my roommates belongings. We had a lot of makeup, hair products, shoes, and clothes everywhere from changing multiple times a day for events… Truly felt like we had maid service. They deserve extra praise! 10/10 would recommend.

The balcony rooms are amazing with views if Downtown, and surrounding areas. You can see you miles.
As an employee of the Omni Hotels & Resorts, that is false that there is no breakfast,We do have a breakfast À la carte and a buffet every morning to 11:00 at the lovely Cast Iron Restaurant inside the hotel, please visit us! We don’t bite ✌🏻😜
The premier we stayed in was a large walk in shower. The temperature was hot and the water pressure was strong.

Yes they have razors, I forgot mine and mentioned it, they gave me 1 in less than 10 minutes delivered to my room,great service.
on the 4th and 7th floors across from rooms 440 and 740 for sure. Perhaps on other floors as well
