I have stayed a couple times now. First of all I recommend the rewards member program. Secondly lock up your vehicles have noticed some people wondering around and trying to make access through side doors. Always be aware of your surroundings. Room is always clean. Staff was very nice. The guy at the front desk training the lady was actually very pleasant and funny while maintaining professionalism. I have not had a bad stay here. No it is not luxury however it is comfortable, cool, and clean.

I stayed here for almost 7months. They are the very best. Staff is awesome Housekeeping is always on point and the pool is refinished. I would recommend this hotel over any in the area. Shout out to shiv for doing such a good job.

The front desk employees began the entire experience off INCREDIVLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL FROM THE VERY BEGINNING WHICH IS EXTREMELY SAD BECAUSE THE facility is very pleasant to the eye but the staff is total opposite. No matter how kind I tried to be despite how I was treated. I also very sadly noted how guests of other ethnic groups were treated MUCH BETTER. IT was truly a very sad awful way to feel when you are giving a company your business and money who no matter race or not spends money like anyone else. With my job i travel often and could have bought good business, this is how I was treated by employees. When i could no longer stand the insult and tried to calmy and quietly leave, i was followed and my bags were literally kicked the door. Still remained composure. I will contact the corporate office and BBB. THIS WAS DISGUSTING UNCALLED FOR AND HORRIBLE. AN EXPERIENCE I WILL UNFORTUNATELY NEVER FORGET.

Lady that checked me in was not friendly at all. The room was very clean. Checkout was at noon and at 11:30 I hear someone knocking on my door. I said hello and they proceeded to ask me why I hadn't left the room yet. I said because checkout is not til noon. The man rudely said it's 11:30 you need to go! As I was walking out of the hotel there were 3 people standing behind the counter with their arms crossed looking very disturbed. One lady angrily yelled "what room were you in". I stated the room # as I walked out the door. Very upset at their rude behavior and will not be returning.
