Are these lanes ever full? I worry because it’s about a 45 min drive from my house and I worry if I get there if the lanes will be full or if there is enough to accommodate most people?

It's legal to shoot on state forest land. If you get there and it's full, keep going up the main road and you can find other places safe to shoot. Just clean up and make sure there's a good backstop.
