I have requested Google to edit this address at least 2 times. There is NO shooting range on N. Salem Rd.(private road). The shooting range is on E. Hayden Creek Rd. near Stump Rd. (See the map).

Its not really a range, it's an area in the woods, so no one is there to tell you no.
Depends on the time of year. Early spring thaw could be super muddy. By late spring should be dried out well enough. Road is rough but not impassable by a normal car.
