Depends on the trailhead you choose, too. The quickest up and down is the navajo/golfcrest trailhead. Coming up from Big Rock park or the service road are longer.
20 minutes is expert peak fitness and probably running not walking. 30 minutes walking good fitness.... 40 minutes is relaxed pace walking

A leisurely hour and nothing strenuous.
