The sign you may have seen on our construction site is a response to the fact that, despite our adhering to all jurisdictional and municipal requirements, a local union is voicing their concerns that our general contractor has hired an open shop drywall and carpentry subcontractor. We regret their disappointment. Nonetheless, our luxury senior community is progressing beautifully toward its grand opening this Fall.
