You can go get a voucher with the names of your pets and they will give you a list of places you can take them. Or you can take them back to where you got the voucher and they can do it there. I just did it for 2 kittens about 5 months ago. But i took my kittens to long lake animal hospital cause it was closer and could give me the quickest appointment. Hope this helps.

They don't do anything for any animals that aren't already at the shelter. They like to make money, that's the bottom line, they aren't there to help strays just to make money off them.

No. They give you a voucher and you go elsewhere. They only do that for certain occaisions or fosters.
