There are two dogs (pitbulls) tethered within the apartments next to mine. I'm very concerned for the dog's wellbeing with the Summer heat as well as the recent storms. These dogs also bark a lot during the night. What can I do?

If you believe the animals to be a potential threat to members of the community and complex, you call law enforcement as well as the pound. We called for a loose pitbull, abandoned by a family that moved. It took the pound a week to respond and they were backlogged.
