I am on Social security need to surrender my dog (10 year old Lhasa Apso. I can no longer afford food, vet, groomer etc. Is there a fee? Will they adopt out? If you euthanize is there somewhere to take "NO KILL"????

Thanks for the info. Hes 10, a support dog with a great personality. I took him to animal control they said if no adoption by 10 days they would euthanize. I just couldnt riskno adoption because of age. If i could id keep him, but circumstance wont let me! So thanks again for all the info!
