Took our RV there recently to get oil change for our Pace Arrow 2002. We got the oil change delux and this including battery checks of the RV batteries. 3 Days later after I arrived in NC, I had some battery issues, checked my house batteries and one of them was nearly dried up, the other one half way. I called them and they said they would call me back, two weeks later I called them back and they said the service manager had left. I then spoke to the lady in that dept and she was going to look at the file and call me back. She said they only check the Chassi battery for that service. After many years I gave Haberson another try because I had been very disappointed on several occasions about there quality of service, not much has changed over the years.

They did a great job, found our part and got it shipped overnight from Chicago. We are full-time, so they let us stay overnight in the yard, and connect to power the two nights it took to get the part and do the repair. Much appreciated. Few weeks later they did all they could to find a replacement seal for our slide out. I found it on Amazon at a much lower price then they could do, but sure appreciated their efforts. Highly recommend!
