I’m editing my review. I’m upset with this clinic and don’t think we will be back. They treated my animals fine but their way of doing things is questionable. I was given an estimate of my dog’s surgery and months later when I brought my cat in for a check up I verified with the girl at the desk about the estimate. She said it was the same amount that I was quoted months earlier. I brought my dog in for surgery. While she was under anesthesia I received a phone call telling me that the estimate I was given was incorrect in fact - the girl denied ever speaking to me. Which is a lie. A total lie! So while my dog is under anesthesia I’m told surgery is going to be approx $300 more than I was told. $300! I had to make this decision in a matter of moments bc my dog was under anesthesia. What was I going to say? No? The girl at the desk lied and said she never spoke to me? $300 more than “estimated”. I can understand a little bit more, unexpected expense or whatever but $300? And even to basically be called a liar? No. I don’t think so. What a horrible thing to do to a person. Ps - your employee is the liar. She and I spoke on a Saturday morning in your office. Shame on her.

We are visiting from MN and our dog, Dolly, got something in her paw. We found this clinic online and they had lots of good ratings. I can understand why! Dr. Stenzel was a very caring doc! Kayla came to get us and was so sweet to Dolly! Very friendly office!
