There are lots of areas in our area that look for lost pets are have found and put them out there one of them is Beacon Square neighborhood and they are very good about helping with lost dogs are finding dogs and putting them out there try downloading their site
People report lost pets all the time. I would recommend going in and asking if they have a lost form there for that dog
