Ordered a Birth Certificate on line and received it today My Birth Place is listed as Washington on The Certificate when on my receipt and order form it Clearly shows Eugene, Oregon! 63.25 dollars later I have a Birth Certificate that is not correct

If its an Oregon certificate take it there and they can correct if its their fault for free. If its a Washington certificate i have no idea how to help
